Wir waren zum zweiten Mal und wollen wieder kommen.

Lovely Villa within walking distance of beautiful Lucignano. As you walk the lane you get a great view of the hilltop town. Great place to be for Maggiolata festival...so close. Pool and surrounds were beautifully set out. We used the cute outside BBQ building. Comfortable beds, good showers, good kitchen to work in. We had many happy feasts at the outdoor tables. A great family gathering in a beautiful part of Tuscany. Thanks Lily

Really friendly welcome, glad to help with restaurant bookings. Easy walk to town but private and peaceful. Great place for noisy children, jump off for visiting other places in Tuscany and for walks in to town.

La villa rispecchia le immagini e la descrizione. Gli appartamenti separati ma adiacenti per due famiglie risultano molto comodi e perfetti per avere più privacy e silenzio nei momenti di riposo. Sono stati molto cortesi nell’attenderci per un late check out dovuto al molto traffico. Le parti esterne sono curate. La cucina è attrezzata e con beni di prima necessità (olio sale zucchero). In caso di bisogno o chiarimenti sono sempre stati reperibili e presenti.

Wir haben einer der schönsten Urlaube mit unsere Familie verbracht. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Lovely villa with a rustic charm and very clean and well maintained. Perfect location with walk to the friendly town Lucignano. Great pool for relaxing and several outdoor options for eating with great views.

Perfect located villa with beautiful views as described on the website. Everything is there, works and is maintained. Villa Cleanliness perfect. Welcoming host (Lilly) which is very helpful where needed. We are looking forward to come back in the future

The villa was great. A fine house with a great pool and nice garden. What me and my family didnt like was the landlord who visited us almost every day and had comments and remarks on how we lived in the villa we rented and what we where doing. She made us feel uncomfortble for at least two of the days. She had people att the villa and where selling furniture to them and it was right under our nose. It was disturbing and made us feel unpleasent.

Villa Gloria is the perfect place for a holiday, the views are outstanding, the range of outdoor eating places total heaven. The swimmingpool more than you can wish for! Lilly was very welcoming and her lovely staff around if we needed anything, which we didn't. The villa is simple and has what you need but no more than that. The beds I must admit could do with an upgrade, not comfortable, but apart from that it really was the most wonderful week and we are so glad we found such a fabulous place to holiday with our friends. Thank you

Unser Aufenthalt im Haus Gloria war sehr schön. Die gesamte Anlage ist für 6 Personen perfekt geeignet. Der Pool ist traumhaft mit fast 12 m Länge ein Genuss. Lediglich die Innenausstattung lässt zu Wünschen übrig und ist im Grunde genommen dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Das Haus wirbt mit dem typischen Toskana-Möbel-Stil, aber dennoch sind die Möbel und Ausstattung sehr abgenützt. Besonders die Küche lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Es wird Zeit für eine Auffrischung der Möbel.
Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders optimal ist die Nähe zum Ort Lucignano. Man kann am Abend zu Fuß in den Ort gehen bzw. Einkaufen gehen. Das hat unsere Destination sehr aufgewertet.

The villa was excellent, location was excellent, we had a wonderful time. However having basic cleaning supplies, paper goods,citronella candles, pool towels and possibly an extra pillow or two would make a stay that much better and less frustrating.An extra 25-50 euros a week to rent to include these necessities would go a long way in the reviews and repeat renting especially if you are looking to rent to people outside of Italy. The lack of these essentials just makes the owner look cheap. Also having house rules or instructions for appliances such as washing machine in writing at the villa for reference is usually pretty standard. This is a great place in a super location walking distance from a charming town with good access to the surrounding hilltop towns. With some TLC this villa would be a super place and a gold mine for the owner. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again. It is just a shame the managing isn't better

Gracie Marco & Lilly! the house is beautiful, comfortable and clean. The place has a beautiful view. There are restaurants and groceries near the house. Highly recommend.

Vielen Dank für das Haus mit dem wunderschönen Schwimmbad. Das China- Tal ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert! Man sollte so oft wir möglich in eine Bar oder Trattoria einkehren: es ist immer gut und ein besonderes Erlebnis. Wir haben alles sehr genossen.

We loved our stay here. Lilly is a very good host and the house is nice! You can get to a great grocery store just a few minutes away. The location is close to all kinds of beautiful little hill towns. Villa Gloria was the perfect base for walking (you can do it just from the road outside) and for visiting Arezzo, Cortona, Montalcino, Montelpuciano, Pienza, and lots more. We were sad to leave and can't wait to visit again.

Villa Gloria ist eine gepflegte, sehr großräumige Villa, die modern eingerichtet und ausgestattet ist. Der Garten mit privatem Schwimmbad ist wunderbar und die Nähe zu dem Ort sehr passend um kleine Einkaufen zu erledigen und Kaffe/Aperitiv zu sich zu nehmen.

We were a party of 7 and the villa was perfect for us. The directions to the villa are great and the overall location is great. Lilly and Marco met us there to show us around and were very accommodating when the heating bill came in quite high.
